Presentation Guidelines<\/h1>\n

(a) In-Person Presentations<\/h3>\n

In-person (lecture) presenters are given 15 minutes per presentation<\/span> which is 12 minutes for slide presentation<\/span>  and 3 minutes for Q&A session<\/span>.\n <\/p>\n

Presenters may use the following template if necessary.<\/p>\n

(b) Poster Presentations<\/h3>\n

Presenters will be divided into several poster groups and present their papers alternately.  The core time for each poster group is for 45-60 minutes. The schedules of poster groups will be announced soon.<\/p>\n

The size of poster board is 8\u2019x 4\u2019 (i.e. 244 cm(W) x 122cm(H) ).<\/span>\n <\/p>\n

Poster boards for each poster will be provided, and each poster board is double-side used<\/span>.\n <\/p>\n

Each side of poster board arranges two posters. The maximum A1 size 59 cm(W) x 84cm(H)<\/span> poster is available.<\/span>\n <\/p>\n

Poster titles will be indicated in the label on the poster board. Please complete setting up your Poster before the start time of each poster session.<\/p>\n

Presenters MUST be in front of the poster panel and present during the corresponding poster time.<\/p>\n

(c) Virtual-Video Submissions (only for virtual presenters)<\/h3>\n

The following guideline is for virtual presenters only (for those who are not able to come and had contacted us in advance previously).<\/p>\n

1. Record your sessions based on In-Person Presentations above.<\/p>\n

2. Please ensure the audio and video quality is very good.<\/p>\n

3. Upload to EDAS<\/span>by December 25<\/span>. Our TPC will review and request a resubmission if the presentation video is of inadequate quality.\n <\/p>\n

Step 1: Login to EDAS and click on your paper profile. Then click Presentation.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Upload the files and follow the instructions on the screen.<\/p>\n
