    (1) One Paper MUST register FUll Registration(=Author Full Registration). (Not Student Full)<\/span>\n
    (2) If one student only attends the conference as a presenter among co-authors, then the student NEEDs FULL REGISTRATION.<\/span>\n
    (3) Students without papers can use the Student rates.<\/span>\n
    (4) Among co-authors, one professor registers as FULL (Author) registration and attends the ICCE2026, then co-author student attending the ICCE together with the Professor can register as Student.  The other authors may choose between a full registration or student full registration if they join the conference. 
    (5) For the actual student papers (i.e. and any professors and advisors are co-authors), if a student has a paper, he\/she MUST use full registration rate.<\/span>\n
    Listener rate is only for attendee that does not have a paper in the Confernece. Authors and Co-Authors do not qualify, even if students.
    Listener's do not get get Gala or Tutorials. Gala tickets are $150.00 USD.
    Non-Listener Fee includes Gala, all break and lunch service, plus tutorials.
