Submission Guideline:

Please read the following submission guideline carefully before preparing and submitting your manuscript.

Step 1: Initial Submission

You need to submit the initial version (2-page, or up to 6-page, including appendix, references, and all other contents) of the paper for review. You should write the paper using Microsoft Word or LaTeX templates for IEEE conference proceedings on US letter (8.5 × 11 inches) pages without authors' biography. The authors do not need to remove their names and affiliations from the submission.

You will need to submit in PDF format through EDAS Conference and Journal Management System (EDAS for short). When submitting the paper, you have to choose a Track among given ones and input the related keywords.

For the initial submission, there is no need to verify the paper with PDF eXpress.

Step 2: Receive Notification of Acceptance or Rejection

On or before the scheduled date, you will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the paper by the organizing committee through e-mail. Only accepted authors can move on to the next step.

Step 3: Final Submission

Reflecting the reviewers' comments, you need to create the final version (2-page, or up to 6-page) of the paper. The length should be limited to 4-page if you intend to submit the paper to the Transactions on Consumer Electronics or any of the Associated Journals. Otherwise, the length is up to 6 pages.

IMPORTANT: Note that acceptance to the conference does not guarantee acceptance to the Transactions. Your Transaction Paper (full-length) should be directly submitted to IEEE.

For final submission, please verify your paper with PDF eXpress.

PDF eXpress: 

PDF Express Conference ID: 67443X.  After submitting to PDF Express, you MUST submit your final paper to EDAS.

You need to upload the converted PDF file via EDAS by following the instructions in your acceptance email. Before the PDF submission, you will be prompted to submit the IEEE Copyright Form via EDAS. 


Poster Presentations

Presenters will be divided into several poster groups and present their papers alternately.  The core time for each poster group is for 45-60 minutes. The schedules of poster groups will be announced soon.

The size of poster board is 8’x 4’ (i.e. 244 cm(W) x 122cm(H) ).

Poster boards for each poster will be provided, and each poster board is double-side used.

Each side of poster board arranges two posters. The maximum A1 size 59 cm(W) x 84cm(H) poster is available.

Poster titles will be indicated in the label on the poster board. Please complete setting up your Poster before the start time of each poster session.

Presenters MUST be in front of the poster panel and present during the corresponding poster time.
