  2. ICCE 2023 REGISTRATION PAGE to register the papers and pay the registration fees. Once you have registered the papers and paid the registration fees, log into EDAS, enter the name of the presenter, create and submit the copyright and then upload the final manuscript (s).

Early Registration Has Ended but Regular Registration Is Available

(1) One Paper MUST register FUll Registration(=Author Full Registration). (Not Student Full)
(2) If one student only attends the conference as a presenter among co-authors, then the student NEEDs FULL REGISTRATION.
(3) Students without papers can use the Student rates.
(4) Among co-authors, one professor registers as FULL (Author) registration and attends the ICCE2026, then co-author student attending the ICCE together with the Professor can register as Student.  The other authors may choose between a full registration or student full registration if they join the conference. 
(5) For the actual student papers (i.e. and any professors and advisors are co-authors), if a student has a paper, he/she MUST use full registration rate.
Listener rate is only for attendee that does not have a paper in the Confernece. Authors and Co-Authors do not qualify, even if students.
Listener's do not get get Gala or Tutorials. Gala tickets are $150.00 USD.
Non-Listener Fee includes Gala, all break and lunch service, plus tutorials.
