Presentation Guidelines

(a) In-Person (Oral) Presentations

In-person (oral) presenters are given 15 minutes per presentation which is 12 minutes for slide presentation  and 3 minutes for Q&A session.

Presenters may use the following template if necessary.

(b) Poster Presentations

Presenters will be divided into several poster groups and present their papers alternately.  The core time for each poster group is 90 minutes.

The size of poster board is 8 feet x 4 feet (i.e. 244 cm(W) x 122cm(H) ).

Poster boards for each poster will be provided, and each poster board is double-side used.

Each side of poster board arranges one poster. The maximum A0 size (i.e. 84 cm(W) x 119cm(H)) poster is available.

Poster titles will be indicated in the label on the poster board. Please complete setting up your poster before the start time of each poster session.

Presenters MUST be in front of the poster panel and present during the corresponding poster time.

(c) Virtual-Video Submissions (only for virtual presenters)

The following guideline is for virtual presenters only (for those who are not able to come and had contacted us in advance previously).

1. Record your sessions based on In-Person Presentations above.

2. Please ensure the audio and video quality is very good.

3. Upload to EDASby December 25. Our TPC will review and request a resubmission if the presentation video is of inadequate quality.

Step 1: Login to EDAS and click on your paper profile. Then click Presentation.

Step 2: Upload the files and follow the instructions on the screen.
