Paers accepted as oral or poster presentation are not required to upload their presentation materials. All oral/poster papers will be presented orally, and authors should prepare a 15-minute presentation. Only papers accepted for virtual presentation are required to upload a recorded presentation





PDF Express Instructions

Creating your PDF eXpress Account

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site
https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2F
First-time users should do the following
1. Click create an account at the bottom.
2. Enter the following:
• 67443X for the Conference ID
• your email address
• a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent
verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same
password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

In-Person Presentations

Virtual-Video Submissions (only for virtual presenters)

The following guideline is for virtual presenters only (for those who are not able to come and had contacted us in advance previously).

1. Record your sessions based on In-Person Presentations above.
2. Please ensure the audio and video quality is very good.
3. Upload to EDAS by January 15, 2026. Our TPC will review and request a resubmission if the presentation video is of inadequate quality

.Step 1: Login to EDAS and click on your paper profile. Then click Presentation.
