Submission Guideline<\/h1>\n

Please read the following submission guideline carefully before preparing and submitting your manuscript.<\/p>\n

\n Step 1: Initial Submission<\/span>\n <\/p>\n

You need to submit the initial version (2-page, or up to 6-page) of the paper for review. You should write the paper using Microsoft Word or LaTeX templates for IEEE conference proceedings on US letter (8.5 \u00d7 11 inches) pages without authors' biography.<\/p>\n

You can find the template on the IEEE website.<\/p>\n

You will need to submit in PDF format through EDAS Conference and Journal Management System (EDAS<\/a> for short). When submitting the paper, you have to choose a Track among given ones and input the related keywords.\n <\/p>\n

For the initial submission, there is no need to verify the paper with PDF eXpress.<\/p>\n

\n Step 2: Receive Notification of Acceptance or Rejection<\/span>\n <\/p>\n

On or before the scheduled date, you will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the paper by the organizing committee through e-mail. Only accepted authors can move on to the next step.<\/p>\n

\n Step 3: Final Submission<\/span>\n <\/p>\n

Reflecting the reviewers' comments, you need to create the final version (2-page, or up to 6-page) of the paper. The length should be limited to 4-page if you intend to submit the paper to the Transactions on Consumer Electronics or any of the Associated Journals. Otherwise, the length is up to 6 pages.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT: Note that acceptance to the conference does not guarantee acceptance to the Transactions. Your Transaction Paper (full-length) should be directly submitted to IEEE.<\/p>\n

For final submission, please verify your paper with PDF eXpress.<\/p>\n

You need to upload the converted PDF file via EDAS by following the instructions in your acceptance email.
